Multiple PIO Applications

Has anyone sent more than one application in a single envelope? I have mine and daughter's PIO application. Do I still need to send $20 postage fee for each application (20+20) or is it $20 for the entire envelope?

Sure

I sent both applications in one envelope. Included a cover letter detailing the contents. However, I included 2 separate return postage fees. And I received the passports and PIO cards in 2 different envelopes. Hope this helps.
