Hi I am indian. My kid is born here and he is just 2 weeks now. He has born here and a US citizen.

1. Will he be allowed to fly back to indian while he is 1 month or 1 and a half month old.

2. How long does it take to get a US passport and indian visa for the new borns

1. Yes. Generally people wait till the baby is over 2 months as the barometric pressure difference while landing can cause lot of discomfort to the baby.

2. PP can be rush processed. Not sure of Indian visa.

You can get Indian visa with in one day if you visit the Embassy personally. Otherwise, less than 1 month.

You can get Indian visa on same day, if you apply in person before 11 AM.
Make sure both parents must sign the application form.
