naturalised US citizens need pio help

we were born in india and recently acquired our US citizenship. How do we surrender our indian passports.Also we have a 5 month old baby who is a US citizen. to apply for his pio card, what documents do we need to submit?US passports or OCi or indian passports?

received pio in 15 days from SFO

We received our son's pio card in 15 days. Here are the documents we sent along with applications in duplicate and 4 photos.

1.copy of our son's pp notarized.
2.copy of his birth certificate.
3. copies of me and my hubby's US pps notarized.
4.copies of our indian pps(first and last pages).
5.naturalization certificates of both of us.
6.copies of my in-laws utility bill in india.

we surrendered our indian passports by sending them with a cover letter requesting to cancel them as we aquired US citizenship and a prepaid envelope. We got them back punched in 5 days.
