oci - what is the next step after Indian embassy recieves the papers from India

According online status query, my documents received at HOUSTON on 17-SEP-2008. As per the instructions on this page it says contact the office. I don't remember what is the next step, do I have to send my india and us passports to houston office? Thanks.
