OCI Eligibility

Hi,

My daughter is born in U.S, yet to receive her U.S passport. I'm planning to get her OCI. We both are holding Indian passport with L1 and L2 visa.

I want to know is my daughter eligible to get OCI card? I wonder inspite of having more benefits than PIO, many apply for OCI only, why is it so?

She can't apply for OCI. She has to go for PIO.
