Oci number

Good Morning,

I have filled up the part 1 of the OCI process online and got the three registration numbers for myself, my wife and my daughter. But I cannot find those numbers or the paper work that I printed. Can I reply and get new numbers? Or should I be calling them to get those original numbers?
