Passport Renewal

Hi,

My passport is expiring on Nove-06-2008. My travel has been extended so I need to Renew my passport. Can you please let me know exact process?

Once I apply my passport if new passport doesn't come before 6th of November How long I can stay in USA,

Can you please advise by sending mail can we get ontime.

What is your I-94 class and expiry? Passport expiration has got little to do with your legal status in US. Passport is required for travel and identity purpose.

Go to the indian consulate website and see under which consular jurisdiction ur residing state belong to. fill in online application and add supporting docs and send those to the consulate. It wont take a long to ge ur passport back if your docs are proper..
