Emergency travel- should both I & Spouce go to HOUSTON in-person

have a emergency situation.

PIO card in progress (almost 5 weeks now). No response from CGI HOUSTON consulate.

driving to houston to apply emergency VISA

Question
* should both I & Spouce go to HOUSTON in-person
* do they accept CASH


* any specail documents i need to carry , other than USA-PASSPORT

* any other suggstions for me.

please HELP.

... person can go to CGI and get a single entry six month visa within one day.

sorry to bother again with this questin.

* should both of us appear IN-PERSON to get VISA

* will consulate give visa, for I & my spouce, with just I appearing in-person. (but NEED VISA for both of us)


(it's a 5-6 hour drive time to houston, like to avoid whole family travelling , especially during this situation)

Any one person can ...

... go to the consulate for the visa.

To make it clearer:

You can go to the consulate alone,
Your spouse (note the spelling) can go alone,
OR
Both of you can go together
