Renewal of Pass Port after 10 yrs

Hi,

I came to US on F1 in 2005 and from last year I am on H1, but I have not yet gone for stamping and my Pass Port is going to expire next year, do I have to send my H1 approval form along with other documents to Indian Embassy?
