OCI Eligibility

Your site is excellents and useful. I have two questions in regard to OCI eligibility"

1) Does Netherlands (Holland) allow dual citizenship for persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) under Dutch Laws, and whether PIOs are eligible to apply for registration as OCI?

2) In your OCI Tracker, under Consulates - Netherlands - The Hague, I get the answer "no entries found". Does it means that no OCI registrations have been granted yet for PIO residents in that Country (those holding Dutch Nationality)?

Would appreciate your answer.
