PIO or OCI

Hi,

I need ur help.Our son was born in Colorado Springs and we are both Indians.

My husband is on H1 and Im on H4 would my son be eligible for OCI card if not why ?

Kindly Suggest.

Only PIO. No OCI.

For OCI for kid, both parents can't be Indian citizens.
