My brother recently got a new passport. But he already had an old passport which got lost in 2007, of which the FIR is available. While applying for the new passport he didn't mention that he already had a passport that got lost. Therefore the remarks column in his new passport which gives the old passport information is blank. Is there any way he can submit the FIR and get things straightened now?
