Received PIO Card for my child in 5 days
This must be the fastest time ever consulate in New York delivered a PIO Card. I received a PIO card for my child born in Sep 2008 in approximately 5 days.(3 weekdays). I sent below documents :
1. Notarized copy of US passport of my child, my and my wife's India passport
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate of my child ( Not notarized)
3. Application Form in duplicate with 3 photographs (in small plastic packet) attached to one application form
4. 2 photographs in Blue background pasted on both application forms
5. Original utility bill
6. Birth Certificate of my wife and School leaving cetificate of mine as I dont have Birth Certificate
7. Copy of Marriage Certificate
8. Money order of $205 from Bank ( Money order is generally cheaper than Cashier check)
