I have OCI card. Recently renewed new passport with name change with court order. What document I need to attach regarding name change for OCI card.

My new passport will have new name and old passport will have old name. I will send both old and new passport. Will that be enough? Online instructions do not specify document to submit for name change.

Pls. advise.

Both passport of and proof of name change such as the court order.
