Hi

I am holding Green Card and right now staying in India. My son is USA citizen,have 5 year India visa. Since last 6 months he is also along with me in India. We are planning to apply OCI card for him. Can we apply in India? Ie. Any local Indian embassy ? please guide my further

For OCI, at least one parent must be non Indian citizen. Otherwise, you have to go for PIO card.
