PIO Card

Hi ,

I am blessed with a new born baby 3 months back in US and got her US Passport . I have to travel to India for good on July mid . I understand that PIO card takes 45 Business days to be processed . Can I take a Indian Visa (Entry Visa) and apply for PIO card immediately after I am in India or I will have to wait for certail period for applying PIO card . Please help
