Greetings
Me and my wife are Canadian Citizens and came to India with OCI on a transfer of job. Last year March my wife delivered a baby boy for whom we have applied for Canadian Citizenship and is still pending with Canadian Immigration, but in the meanwhile for emergency travel purposes the Canadian government has provided with a Canadian passport for my son for a period of one year.
My question to you -
If I plan to go back to Canada, do I need to take a OCI for my son and an India Visa to exit India. As I would be going through Indian immigration department while exiting the country.
Please let me know if you have any suggestion or some consultant who can help me in this regard.
