OCI to Indian Passport

I am an OCI card holder. However I would like to convert to Indian Passport. Is it possible. if so, what is the procedure and time frame.

It is possible. You will have to stay in India for at least one year.

Please keep in mind that when you get Indian passport, you would lose your current citizenship and that passport. India does not allow dual citizenship.

Besides residing in India for one year (immediately preceeding the citizenship application), one must possess the OCI card for atleast 5 years before (s)he can apply for Indian Citizenship.
