Indian Passport Renewal Question

Hello,

I hold an Indian passport which is due to expire in November 2009.I need to get it renewed.I have filled up the online application.Proof of address is the main problem.Since I am a H4 visa holder,what do i provide as proof of address?

I dont have a driver's license.We live in Elizabethtown,KY. Please let me know.

Provide your husband's proof of address and your marriage certificate.
