Hi ,
I am Indian origin US Citizen and my wife is US citizen . We have one kid (US citizen) whom is born in USA. My wife is born in Sri Lanka but her mother is Indian Origin, My Wife's mother become Sri Lanka citizen after she married to Sri Lankan man.
Can you please help me to understand the following:
1) Can my wife apply to OCI ? Is she eligible?
2) If yes for Qus#1 , Can i apply for all us ( me, my wife and my son ) one single application ($275 for 3 us) ? or should i submit separate application for three of us ( $275 * 3)?
