Application Status

Dear Sir

I spoke to someone on the 9th of August he was the supervisor and he advised me that my OCI card for application is ready but this is not the case as I have just tracked the tracker for New Delhi FRRO and my name does not appear on the list. I am coming specailly from Bombay just to pick up the OCI as i was told it cannot be courierred so I need to know for sure if it is ready so I do not waste time, Please confim days and times as well please of when this can be picked up.
I was told confirmed that it is ready so why is my name not on the list?

Please adivse as I was plannig to be there on Wed morning to pick up the OCI card.
