I have just registered my family for OIC online. As the coloum for PIO cardholder was premarked as 'no',

I did not fill it up as we are not PIO holders. Would it be advisable to fill it up by handwriting as it appears on the printed out form.

I would very much appreciate this bit of information.

I don't understand your question.

If you are not PIO card holder, and if PIO cardholder is premarked as 'no', everything is correct. Isn't it?
