Correct Name - Chatrath (SN) Roopinder (FN) Singh (MN)

Name in Passport - Singh (SN) Chatrath (FN) Roopinder Singh Surender (MN)

1. I need to correct this in my Indian passport. What is the procedure to do the same. I hv checked the indian passport and this website too.

2. Since I am in NY which is the best newspaper in which I can advertise regarding the change of name.

My name in all US documents is as per my correct name.
