Cannot find link to apply OCI Card

I want to apply for OCI card. Ifound this link

But the link does not work. I found other link . But that does not work either.
Could you provide me the actual link that really works to apply OCI online .

Itried the link you provided in the internet explorer. BUt that one is not working either

Could you please check this in your browser and let me know. I reported to the Consulat General of San Fransisco. But the problem still persists.

What happens if I make a mistake while submitting the forms

Hi,
I just filed my and my daughter's OCI application form. But unfortunately when I checked the printout I checked that I mispelled my daughter's name. What can I do to correct the spelling?
