Hi ,
My sister family is residing at Singapore, they got Singapore citizenship, Now My sister need to come to india urgently for medical treatment and wants to stay for long time more than an year. But she don’t have PIO card, is it possible to apply for PIO card from india for her and her 7 month old child( after she come to india with tourist visa).
Is there any problem like she need to go back to Singapore and then come again.
