Both the parents are Indians and my kid was born in USA.
1)Can my son is eligible to apply OCI card?
2)All of my friends apply PIO card only.So I do not know which one is better.
We are planning to leave USA permanantly, can you please help me to apply better visa for my kid.OCI or PIO?
Any help in this is really appreciate.Look forward for the reply...
