Hi, My mother (74 yrs old) was born in Kenya & her dad was born in india but migrated to Kenya years ago. We do not have her dad's birth certificate or any documents.
My Dad has his old Indian Passport. Mom had a british passport, but lived in India before migrating to US and she has her India registration (reqd to stay in India at that time). Is there anyway she can get OCI. Any suggestions.
