Hi ,
If a person of Indian origin has been a u.s citizen for long and he/she wants to sell some share he had bought in India while he was citizen of India,how OCI or PIO can help in this regard? Especially ,when he doesn't have a PAN card (which is required to open a demat account).

Well, you will have to first get PAN card, then open demant account and then sell those shares.
