Minor kid traveling to India with new US passport, and OCI U Visa on the old passport

Hello,

My 9 year old kid recently got her renewed US passport, and she has an OCI card, with U Visa (lifelong) printed on her old US passport.

Can she travel with her new + old passport, and OCI booklet? Has anyone gone through this recently, in 2019? Do I need to apply for an E-Visa for her?

I know this has been discussed before, but the rules keep changing.

Please help!
