Filling the OCI form in CKGS and the Government website

Hello,
I filled the OCI application form in the CKGS website when my baby was 3 months of age and I made the payment. Due to some personal reasons, I didn't fill the rest of the application which is in the Indian Government website (Ociservices.gov.in)

My question is:
My baby is now 7 months. His age, height and weight field in the CKGS website form will obviously not be the same. Do I need to restart my application?

If so, what will happen to the payment I made to the older application?

I would suggest to submit a refund request and start a new one.
