Minor passport renewal - must I get OCI reissued?

I am traveling to India in 2 weeks with a minor son. I had to get his US password renewed recently. I have both a U sticker in his old passport and OCI booklet. Will be okay if I traveled with both passports(old and new) and OCI booklet? Do you think I will have trouble during immigration?

No you don't have to. I have traveled many times with daughter with new US passport and old OCI card and it works fine.. we just did one trip to Mumbai in June.. However for personal reasons I am in process of getting a new OCI for daughter as she is 15 years old and last OCI was done about 12 years back.
