Can i apply PIO card for my son when he is in travel visa in india...

Assume you mean in India on a tourist visa. The answer is yes, but it often takes far longer to do it there. I got mine via the Houston US consulate in one month.

Thanks for the reply...yes i meant tourist visa...i just wanted to know he has 10 years multiple visa...can i apply for PIO card when he has a tourist visa...

I believe that when applying in India he must first convert the tourist visa to an Entry or 'X' visa, and then apply for PIO. Check with the MHA for certain.
