Given Names for OCI application help

I finished submitting the OCI application online and after i went over the print out version given afterwards I found out I made an error for the given names. I did not include the middle name and only displays the first name under given names (passport shows first and middle name). Will this be an issue? Do i need to re submit a new application and everything or can they simply add it in? Also, after I submit in person the application and pay the fee if they find an error will I have to resubmit again and pay the fee once more?

i just realized the same error. Do I need to start the whole process again and pay fees again?
