OCI:2 applications submitted - one acknowledged and other not

We applied OCI for our family in the form of 2 applications on March 17.
One Family application - (Myself + 2 kids) and other Individual application (for one more kid). I see the Individual application got acknowledged as of Apr 19 and the family application not. I'm now concerned about my family application.

No Acknowledgment on family application so far

It has been really frustrating with our family OCI application. It has been more than month and a half ..still no acknowledgment..But like I mentioned in my previous post, my kids OCI application has been granted.. I have no luck talking to Chicago consulate or getting any reply back for my email..Like Immihelp mentioned, It may take some time..
