Hello,
Is an OCI allowed to do social work in India or he/she will have to take a separate visa?
Govt of India's site mentions that "OCI card holders can seek employment in all spheres EXCEPT - mountaineering, missionary and research work and other work requiring PAP / RAP."
So looking at above, it seems that an OCI can do social work in India.
Any responses will be appreciated....
