Regarding Immediate relatives

Hi,

I'm travelling with my husband to India to stamp my visa. In the form DS 160, do we have to enter 'YES' for the Immediate relatives give the info of spouse and child for both, even if we are going together for stamping???

I have mentioned NO in DS160 in this case since we both are going for stamping at the same time and we will be in India at the same time. Will this be an issue in visa interview?
