India Visa Processing Time at Chicago

Anyone has recently applied for India Visa at Chicago Travisa center? Especially, after the new "surrender certificate/renunciation" rule?

If so, could you please list how long it took to get the visa done?

I was just there and they mentioned it takes at least 2 weeks to get the visa now. I'm applying for Entry Visa.
