Hi,
I am on L1 visa and will be visiting India in July. I want to apply the PIO card for my baby.
I need the following information,
1. If we are applying thru post, should we need to send the originals of Passports of mom, dad and passport of baby?
2. DOB, should it be photo copy with notary sign or original. Baby born in PA state, where it is illegal to take the photo copy of Birth Certificate. So I am confused.
3. While sending the notary copies, can we do all the certificates together with one single sign of notary?
4. We don't see any birth marks, till now, what should we do?
5. Where is the signatures of parents required?
6. How many copies of PIO application form should be submitted, 1 or 2 or more
7. DL and address proof requeried?
8. Do we need to submit Social Security of parents and baby?
I tried to reach NY consulate, but couldn't reach them thru phone?
