Cost for name change on PIO card

Hello,

Just wondering if someone had any idea what the cost would be to have last name changed on PIO card. I got PIO card before marriage and have to apply for a PIO card to request a change in last name. I could not find anything regarding how much it costs just to apply for a new card with change in name. Do I need to pay the full amount as a new card?
