CKGS Houston Renunciation + OCI together ?

Few questions on Renunciation + OCI before I mail the package

1. Can renunciation and OCI applications sent at the same time or one must wait the renunciation certificate to send in the OCI package ? There is conflicting information I'm getting.
2. Money Order : When I got my money order from the bank, the "to" porttion was left blank. Can the "To" portion be hand written "Cox & Kings Global services US LLC:" or does it need to be printed by the bank ?
3. Any tips/pointers on how to edit the OCI photo and signature captures ?
4. None of the phone numbers listed on CKGS are functional ? Does anyone have a phone number thats working ? The website says email responses are fastest and they respond within 24 hours . Its been more than 24 hours and I'm yet to receive a response.

1. Renunication + 10yr visa can be applied together. If you are looking for OCI, you must apply for renunciation first, get the certificate and only then apply for OCI.

2. Money Order : For Money Orders, you need to fill in the TO portion. It can be handwritten. Be sure to write the CKGS application# in the memo section.

3. The instructions are clear on the OCI site.

4. They are functioning at a reduced capacity. It will take longer for them to respond.
