Who will send OCI after approval after CKGS contract ends

I had applied new OCI through CKGS and now CKGS contract has been ended with Indian embassy. New service provider (VFS) is not handling old application if it was applied before 4th NOV. Anyone received or know when card will be received or who will send it back? I had used CKGS shipping.

I was in a similar situation. CKGS (aka) Consulate (aka) god knows who sent back the OCI.
