OCI parent authorization form

I am applying OCI renewal for my 7 year old daughter. I found the process very confusion, lack of clear instructions.
Om top of this VFS charges 3$/min if you have any question, very frustrating.
ANy way , I uploaded most of the documents on line and completed that part of the process, later I found that I need to upload parent authorization form (need to notarize first) too. How do I upload it ? i can not go back to the same website, as I have already completed the process.
Another question, I think we need to send original OCI card or can we send notarized copy ? any suggestion ?

Alfa16 This is the reason I have got 10 year tourist visa for my kids instead of OCI till they are no longer minor. This way, I don't have to deal with these folks and their frustrating process every 5 years when minor US passport expires.

Just for my information, what is the total cost (including end to end shipping) of renewing OCI for minors at present?

Thanks. Ok, so that's similar to cost of Indian visa then (costs over $200 but this is every 10 years - 175 visa fee plus VFS fees and shipping) and no pain of dealing with frustrating process every 5 years.
