OCI clarification question

Hi all,
As we all see that VSF has made whole process to confusing and frustrating, at least help each other who has gone through this process
Question -
How do we upload additional document on govt website ? I missed to upload couple of documents
In check list for minor, there are few documents such as marriage certificate, relationship certificate, work permit, are these documents for parents ?

For OCI, marriage certificates are only required if OCI is based on marriage. For example, an American (white person) married to an Indian origin person is eligible for OCI. This needs to be proved via marriage certificate. Also, for minor applications, most documentation requirement are of parents as minors just have birth certificate and state ID at most.
