Hi if someone can tell me what is the meaning of this two different email.

1st email:

Dear Applicant,

Your Application has been reviewed by the Consulate/Embassy name and is {ready for collection at the ICAC or will be dispatched within 24 business hours }.
Please ensure you bring requisite document to collect your application. ICAC will not be handing over the passport - if requisite documents required for collection are not produced"

2nd email:


We have "Received" your Application. Your document is dispatched via courier.
Your Tracking ID is xxxxxxxxx

To "Track and Trace" of the courier purchased from VFS India Consular application centre, please visit: http://www.Fedex.com and use the courier tracking ID to get the updated status of your application.

If you have used your prepaid label then track the status via the website of the concerned service provider.

I believe 1st email is for the documents received from consulate. 2nd email is for the dispatch of your documents...
