Selected New OCI option instead of OCI Misc Services For OCI renewal

I selected the wrong option for OCI renewal. I realized it after completing Part-B and during the upload of the supporting documents when I could not locate OCI documents in the dropdown list. So I stopped here and did not do the final submit. I started all over again after selecting the OCI misc services but here also after completing Part-B, the dropdown menu item does not have the OCI card/documnets option to upload. I am stuck here and have no idea what to do.

The Part-B seems the same and the dropdown list seems to be missing the "OCI card" item for me to chose. I need to submit the copy of US passport documents, OCI card ; and Utilities Bill as my address changed. I have 2 questions:
1) Who do I contact since the problem could be because now I have 2 applications forms in the system which are at the stage of "document uploads"? The first application needs to be deleted from the system.
2) How long do I have to wait? I really wanted to get my OCI renewed in Feb and now it is up in the air?
3) Is this OK that I just upload the Copy of US passport and Utilities bill and finish the online application and print the application and send it to VFS which will also include the copy of OCI card documents. The instructions says, it will be rejected.

@ssn50 - You need to select the option "INDIAN VISA" and Select the Document Type as "OCI CARD" in the drop down field. then Upload your Existing OCI card. You must Upload OCI Card.
