My wife started her renunciation application 3 months ago and she has still not received her certificate.
For the last 4 weeks the status on the VFS website shows
Your application has been processed by the Embassy/Consulate and returned to the VFS Indian Consulate application Centre
So looks like the certificate has been printed by CGI houston but still not being shipped back by VFS.
I have tried emailing VFS multiple times and finally got on the phone with them last week. They promised they would look into the issue but there has been no update / progress since then.
Anyone facing similar issues ? Any advice on how I can escalate this.
