Dear sir,
I am living in the state of Delaware. I am a US citizen by naturalization since 2006,and recently got my OCI last month in may 2010.
My question is do i still have to surrender my passport because of this
new law? my problem is i have a apartment fire,and i lost my indian
passport..what do you suggest?
Should I apply for the duplicate passport or I can just sign
reinounciation of my indian citizenship form with $20 fee.
