Mine was sent to India Embassy - NY on 02/23 and OCI card printed on 03/17. Yet to receive card from VFS NY.

NY VFS has been closed since sometime and will re-open tomorrow (3/30) if you are not aware of this already

Here's my timeline:
14 Feb 2021 - Mailed application docs for NEW OCI to VFS NY
16 Feb 2021 - Docs delivered to VFS
17 Feb 2021 - VFS acknowledged receipt of application
23 Feb 2021 - status on VFS site - Your app is under process
23 Feb 2021 - Your application has been forwarded to the embassy
24 Feb 2021 - Status on oci.gov.in - under process
and status on Vfs - Your application has reached at the Embassy/Consulate and is currently under process
3/3/2021 -Received my US passport back (16 since sending out to VFS)
3/21/2021 - Status on oci.gov.in - under process
and status on Vfs -Your application has reached at the Embassy/Consulate and is currently under review process
And the wait continues

Our application is acknowledged by CGI NY on 26th Feb and in under process. No updates so far.

Hello - Mine is OCI Renewal. My OCI Card is printed on 17-March-2021. But have not rec'd OCI card from VFS. Waiting game continues....

VFS NY center is still closed. They will supposedly open on Apr 5th.

Yes, they are open but only for accepting new applications and not processing any applications. Processing should resume on Monday.

Hello - I rec'd my OCI card today. VFS website was not updated with status. I got email from Fedex and got delivered. Thank you.
