Question regarding OCI

Hi!

I was born and brought up in India. I was an Indian citizen until 2004. My 15 year old daughter was born in the US. Is she eligible to apply for OCI or can she only apply for PIO?

Also, my daughter is a nationally ranked fencer in the US. We wanted to explore if and how she can fence for India in International competitions.
