Am I sending too many documents ? (OCI renewal for minor)

I am in pre-process of renewing my minor's OCI card, so far I have identified the following supporting documents (checklist), that I need to send, but looking at my own list I feel I am sending too many documents that might not be required - can someone please confirm.

1. Minors OCI card (original) and photo copy
2. Driving license as address proof
3. Two copies of photograph - one affixed on the form and one additional copy
4. Photocopy of new foreign passport (as original OCI is on the foreign passport )
5. Photocopy of US passport for minor (As proof of US legal status)
6. Photocopies of parents foreign passport - latest copy
7. Photocopies of parents foreign passport - the one which has OCI stamp
8. Photocopies of parents OCI cards
9. Photocopies of parents Indian Passport (cancelled stamp)
10. Photocopies of parents US passport (legal status)
11. Photocopies of parents marriage certificate -------> minor is India born so not sure if we need this.
12. Parental authorization form
13. Affidavit in lieu of originals
14. Online form print

Also as all these documents will be listed on "Affidavit in lieu of originals " and notarized - do we need to self attest it individually ?
